I stilah press, or Mybkexperience  press derived from the Latin term meaning pressus pressure, or depressed, oppressed, solid. Press the Indonesian vocabulary is derived from the Dutch word that has the same meaning as the English press, as a designation for printing equipment (Samson Wahidin, 2006: 35). So literally sense the press is printed communication media such as newspapers, magazines, or newsletters. However, at this point the press is not only defined as the print media, but also includes electronic media such as radio or television. Normatively according to Indonesian positive law, in Article 1 paragraph 1 of Law No. 40 of 1999 on the Press, understanding of social institutions and the press is a mass communication vehicle for conducting journalistic covering seek, obtain, possess, store, process, and convey information in the form of text, sound, images, sounds and images as well as data and graphs and in another form by using the print media, electronic media, and all available channels.
